The arts, creativity, and connection are essential resources for emotional and physical wellbeing, especially in these trying times. Join the Wise Mind Healing Arts community for CREATING CONNECTION - AN ARTS SUPPORT GROUP FOR ADULTS. Participants will be invited to explore mindful artmaking techniques while co-creating a mutually supportive community that helps members to heal and thrive. CREATING CONNECTION workshops will be facilitated by Angela Dedenbach, MA, AMFT, artist, musician, Expressive Arts Therapist and Facilitator at Wise Mind Healing Arts. Wise Mind Healing Arts is planning a Creative Arts Group for Sacramento area teens aimed at helping teens connect, create, and cultivate coping skills for these challenging times. Teens will be invited to explore various artforms including visual art, writing, music, digital art, and other media to co-create a public online 'Zine for teens! Stay tuned for more information!
